President and CEO, Elcom International, Inc.
John
E. Halnen joined the Company in 1992 and is the President and Chief
Operating Officer of Elcom International, Inc. and President and Chief
Executive Officer of Elcom Services Group, Inc. He has been associated with Mr. Crowell for the past twelve years in two companies. Mr. Halnen was most recently National Distribution Manager for JWP Information Services where he was responsible for developing and managing its five distribution facilities which generated over $1 billion in revenues/shipments annually. Mr. Halnen also was responsible for all
associated Customer Service, Quality Assurance, PC Systems Integration, Sales Support, and Product Logistics functions.
Prior to this position, from 1985 to 1990, Mr. Halnen held several positions with NEECO where he was most recently the National Distribution Manager responsible for NEECO’s
East and West Coast distribution facilities. Mr. Halnen brings a variety of successful distribution, operations, and logistics management experience to
Elcom. Mr. Halnen is a Graduate of GTE Sylvania Technical Institute, Division of Wentworth Institute of Technology, Computer Electronics. |

Gregory
King
Gregory
King is the Vice-President of Sales and Strategic Marketing at elcom, inc. a leading provider of automated procurement solutions for business trade management. Mr. King, in his capacity as Vice-President of Strategic Marketing, is responsible for developing the overall global corporate marketing strategy, specification of product requirements, brand development, strategic partnerships development and execution of the company’s overall marketing plan. The marketing plan developed by Mr. King includes developing corporate identity, product branding programs public relations, electronic marketing, direct mail, advertising and events world-wide. Mr. King functions as a member of the elcom, inc. executive management team and frequently serves as a liaison between customers and prospects in setting the direction of product development at elcom, inc.
Prior to joining elcom, inc., Mr. King was the President of Client/Server Software, Inc. where he founded and directed its electronic commerce system integration business. Prior to founding Client/Server Software, Inc. Mr. King worked at the Gillette Company in Boston holding a variety of engineering and management positions. During Mr. King's employment at Gillette he was involved in projects that involved the automation of manufacturing processes utilizing Manufacturing Resource Planning
(MRP) and Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM).
Mr. King holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University.

Andres Escallon
Andres Escallon is the Chief Technology Officer of Elcom International and elcom, inc. From June 1991 to September 1992, Mr. Escallon served in the technology group of JWP Information Services, Inc., and from January 1989 to April 1991, he was General Manager at Praco
Computadores, Bogota, Columbia, a software development company.
Prior thereto, from 1980 to 1989, Mr. Escallon was employed with Mr. Crowell at NEECO and Professional Software, where he was the senior technology officer. Mr. Escallon holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad de los Andes and a Masters of Science degree in Systems Engineering from Boston University.
